Shipping Policy

Georgia Hemp Association utilizes live shipping rates for any shipment. Upgraded shipping services are available at an additional cost, and are listed during the checkout process. International orders are available. The following list is a list of countries that we know will allow our products into the country: United States, Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Belize, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, England, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Guam, Guatemala, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, Northern Ireland, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Russia, Scotland, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, U.S. Virgin Islands, United Kingdom, Uruguay, Wales. If you do not live in one of these countries, we cannot guarantee that the package will make it, and ordering is done at the risk of the customer.

All shipments are sent via the US Postal Service or UPS. Customers are responsible for checking their shipment for damage at time of delivery. Claims for product damaged during shipping must be made within 72 hours of receipt of package.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Georgia Hemp Association (GHA)we want you to be completely satisfied with each order. To make your experience stress free, we have made returning or exchanging products easy. We are proud to back each order with 30-day Money Back Guarantee and a 30-day Exchange Guarantee.

Return the unused portion of your GHA product order within 30 days of your order date for a full refund of the product price. Please note that you need to retain and ship back all bottles, containers or merchandise if you want to receive a full refund of the product price.

Return and Exchange Procedures:

  1. Refunds/Exchanges: Simply contact our customer support center via e-mail at, or call us at (TBD), Mon – Fri 8AM – 8PM ET, Sat 9AM – 1PM ET, for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) or an Exchange Merchandise Number (EMA#) and the return address.

  2. For fastest processing, please return both the empty and unused portion of your product, the original invoice and your RMA# or EMA#. If you are electing to exchange your return for another Thrive Naturals product of equal or lesser value, please indicate which product(s) you are requesting in your return.

  3. Refunds: All refunds will be issued based on all piece and parts for a specific item is returned. As an example, if 3 bottles of item A is purchased and only 2 bottles are returned for a refund, a pro-rata refund of 2/3 of the purchase price will be issued. Refunds are issued in the order of the lower priced add on item first.

  4. Exchange Program: We are happy to offer a 30 day exchange program where you can return a product and request that we send you a different GHA product of equal or lesser value with free shipping. All exchanges are deemed final sale.

  5. Return Postage: It is important to note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using delivery confirmation to avoid any delays. All packages returned “Refused / Return To Sender” or undeliverable will be refunded the cost of the product minus the order shipping fee as well as the fee incurred by refusal of the package, a minimum fee of fifteen dollars.

  6. Return By Date: All returns and exchanges must be received at our facility within 30 days from your order date. All charges (excluding shipping and processing fees) are fully refundable 30 days from the order date. Exchange requests must be received at our facility within 30 days from the order date.

  7. Opened/Empty Returns: Product may only be returned as open or empty if adequate time has passed to consume the product as directed on the label. As an example, we will not accept a month supply of empty or opened product containers after only two or three days.

  8. All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 72 hours of receiving the package. Please allow up to 5 days for your bank to process the refund. We cannot issue refunds to a card other than the one used to place the order.
